Title IX is an anti-discriminatory federal regulation that prohibits any type of gender-based discrimination in educational settings.

Carleton provides support and services for instances that include but are not limited to: sexual misconduct, gender-based violence, interpersonal violence, harassment, stalking, intimate partner/relationship violence, and unequal opportunities based on gender.

Carleton College does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations, including in admission and employment.
